We support "Offline Tracking method" for both Google Ads & Meta Ads

Important: Google Ads and Facebook Ads have two separate engines for tracking:
1) Server-side tracking and 2) offline conversion tracking.
Reaktion supports both tracking method to ensure you the best possible results.

We send more or less the same data into both web/serverside and their offline method. How Google Ads and Meta Ads then process this data is a black box. We just ensure the best data quality to support the best tracking on both web/serverside tracking and the offline tracking method.

Get profit values:

Besides getting more tracked orders in your marketing platform, Reaktion will also calculate and send the profit of each order to conversion APIs. This enables you to see the true profit of each campaign, ad set and ad.

How does Offline Tracking work?

Using 1st party data

Reaktion sends up to 48 encrypted data points to the conversion APIs for each order. Sending this information for the conversion APIs serves the purpose of identifying users and matching these users with conversions and orders generated in your ecommerce store.

The marketing platform can detect if a specific user has interacted with one or multiple of your marketing campaigns and thereby assign conversions to specific campaigns, ad sets and ads.

Examples of the 48 encrypted data points:

- Encrypted email, phone numbers, addresses, zip codes, etc.

- Click IDs

- Encrypted IP addresses, browser technology, and screen size.

How do I view the Offline Tracking?

Google Ads
When you have connected Google Ads, in your conversion events in Google Ads you can view our automatically created conversions ex. "ReaktionOfflineRevenue". Often, you will see increased tracking performance (especially after 10+ days as the conversion APIs need time to process the conversion data sent from Reaktion).

We recommend you set these as your "Primary event" when there are 100+ tracked events. Click here to read Google Ads official guide to offline conversion tracking: https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2998031?hl=en

Facebook Ads
When you have connected Facebook Ads, in your
EVENT MANAGER you can view our automatically created conversions ex. "ReaktionOfflineRevenue"
Often, you will see increased tracking performance (especially after 10+ days as the conversion APIs need time to process the conversion data sent from Reaktion).

We recommend you set these as your #1 event in Aggregated Event Measurement when there are 100+ tracked events.
