Customer Journey explained

We use tracked UTM sources, Medium, click-ids etc. as well as import the customer journey from other 3rd party sources such as ex. Shopify to classify the 30 day customer journey leading up to a purchase. 


To get full customer journey its important that you ensure correct UTM sources on all your paid traffic.
