Agency Guide: Duplicating Custom Reports Across Clients

As an agency user, you can duplicate a custom report from one client account to one or multiple other client accounts in Reaktion. Previously, this meant manually recreating the same report setup for each client account. 


With this feature, you only need to build your custom report once in one client account. After that, you can quickly duplicate this report to any or all of your other client accounts with just a few clicks.


Step 1: Navigate to the client account from which you would like to duplicate the report. 

Step 2: Go to Reports > Custom Reports. Click on 'Duplicate from other clients':




Step 3: Select the client account from which you would like to duplicate the report, and click on 'Duplicate Report':




Step 4: Enter a name for the duplicated report and select the client accounts where you want it created.:



Step 5: Click on 'Save and Duplicate'. Now, the report will be created on the selected client accounts.


Note: No data is shared between clients. Only the report configuration (i.e., the components, layout, and settings) is duplicated, not the underlying data. Each client account will display its unique data in the duplicated report. This ensures data privacy for all the clients.
