With Reaktion, you can report on a second conversion event that matters for your business (aside from reporting on the "purchase" event). This could be lead signups on your newsletter as an example.
This means you can map the pixel(s) that represent a successfully generated lead on each marketing platform. This way, you can see the number of leads generated, cost per lead, etc., across channels, campaigns, and ads directly in Reaktion.
You just need to build a "Custom report" to report on this second conversion event. But more on that later in the guide.
First, take these steps:
1. Click on "Data Sources" on the left-side menu.
2. Click on "My Data Sources"
3. Click on the "Manage" button next to the marketing channel where you want to report on a second conversion event (ex., Lead signups)

4. Click on Settings > "Pixel mapping"

5. Click on the dropdown "Select conversion type" and select "Custom conversion event"

5. Now select the pixel or pixels that represent a successfully generated lead.
6. Scroll down and click "Save"
Done. You can now see your lead report under reports or in the dashboard.
Now, build a Custom Report with your saved conversion event (ex., Lead signups):
