You can connect multiple ecommerce stores and multiple ad accounts into a single Reaktion account.

When you have a Shopify store with Shopify Markets setup, the markets which have a unique domain or URL structure will be visible in Reaktion as separate stores, for convenient market level reporting on all metrics.

In those cases it's important to correctly map the shops to their corresponding ad accounts, and in cases where one ad account is share between multiple shops, you can map the ad accounts to webshops based on campaign or ad set keywords.

If you want to map an entire ad account to a single shop:

Go to My data sources  https://advertiser.reaktion.com/data-sources/overview

Click Manage next to your Google Ads or Meta Ads data source:

Please make sure all the ad accounts that you're using for your stores are turned on and click Map Account to Webshop(s)

Select Map the entire marketing account  and then select the correct webshop that should be linked to that ad account from the dropdown.

Click Save and Close

If you want to map one ad account to multiple shops:

From the dropdown you can select:

  • Map based on campaign keyword mapping
  • Map based on ad set keyword mapping

Choose the option that is the most convenient for you

Select you Primary webshop and set up campaign keywords for all the other shops, then click Save.

All the campaigns that contain relevant keywords will be mapped to the correct shop.

All the remaining campaigns will be mapped to the Primary webshop by default.

Please remember to use the same keywords when creating campaigns in your marketing platforms.

Set up server-side destinations

We also need to make sure that all of your shops are sending 1st-party data into the correct ad accounts. To do so, please go to My tracking page https://advertiser.reaktion.com/tracking/my-tracking

From there, please select each of your connected stores and check to which ad account it's sending data.

If one of the ad accounts if not relevant for any selected store it should be deleted.

On the other hand, if one of your stores is not sending data to the ad account that is sending traffic to that store, then you should click Add serverisde Destination

Please ensure that you're linking  the correct ad account to the store, and in case of Meta Ads, also the correct Pixel.

This completes the entire ad account mapping setup.
