Pull Marketing Data via Google Sheets

Move Any Marketing Platform Data into Reaktion via Google Sheets
Create a Google Sheet, add data from any marketing platform, and sync it with Reaktion. Pull in standard performance metrics—spend, clicks, impressions, conversions—even from sources we don’t integrate with directly. Your data refreshes automatically every day.

Simply split your marketing performance data in the sheet by daily intervals.

Remember to upload the marketing channel logo. It will then appear in Reaktion alongside the other marketing channels, with its name and logo.

Supported metrics to import via a sheet integration:

  • date

    • The day the marketing data was recorded.

  • currency

    • The currency used for all monetary values in the data.

  • cost

    • Total advertising spend for that day.

  • clicks_all

    • Total number of ad clicks, including repeat clicks.

  • clicks_unique

    • Number of distinct users who clicked an ad.

  • impressions_all

    • Total number of times ads were shown, including repeats.

  • impressions_unique

    • Number of unique users who saw the ads.

  • conversion_count_revenue

    • Total number of conversions (purchases).

  • conversion_value_revenue

    • Total value of conversions (order revenue).

  14. Done! We’ll now synchronize your marketing data daily from your connected Sheet. It usually takes a few hours to synchronize the Sheet data after connecting.

Note: Map the Sheet integration to a Store (If you operate a multi store setup):
Last step, if you operate multiple stores is to map the Sheet marketing integration to a Store. This is for multi store reporting only and is not mandatory:

    a. Click "Settings" and then on "Map Account to Webshop(s)"
    b. Select the store to map the Sheet integration to
(Ad set and Campaign keyword mapping is not supported for Sheet integrations)
