Exclude B2B, Marketplace, or POS Orders from Reaktion Reports

To exclude POS orders from financial reporting in Reaktion, you can simply click on the toggle in the header:

You can also easily exclude any other orders based on their order tags

Step #1:

In your upper right corner, please click your user name and then Settings

Navigate to Exclude orders tab

Step #2:

Simply input the order tags you want to exclude and click save.

If you have multiple stores, you will need to input the tag(s) for each individual store. 

You might need to need to wait up to 1 hour until we re-sync the data before you can see the result.
