How to connect a Shopify store

This guide shows you how to install and approve our subscription for a Shopify store.

If you want to add multiple Shopify stores to the same Reaktion account, the process is explained in step 5 of this guide.






Step 1: Select the ecommerce platform. In this example we use Shopify. 


Make you have App install and App charges permissions to the Shopify store.






Step 2: Install the Reaktion Shopify App







Step 3: Approve subscription








Step 4: Insert our Shopify tracking script:

If you have a Shopify store using Shopify Markets, each market that is set up with a unique domain or URL subfolder will be visible in Reaktion as a separate store, giving you full market level reporting on all dashboards.






Do you have multiple Shopify stores?


Step 5: 


You can also connect multiple Shopify stores within one Reaktion account. 


To do so, first log out of Shopify.



In your Reaktion account, please navigate to Data Sources → Add new store 

and click Connect Shopify: 





Then log in to Shopify again and be sure to select the next store you want to connect from your list of Shopify stores before clicking the Add app button.
