Getting Started with Reaktion for Ecommerce Companies: A Step-by-Step Guide

This step-by-step guide aims to get you and your company up and running with Reaktion. 



Step 1: Create an account

Step 2:  Select "E-commerce company"




Step 3: Select your e-commerce platform

If you have more than one e-commerce store, based on, for example, separate Shopify accounts, please see this guide on how to add multiple stores to one Reaktion account.

Note: After connecting your e-commerce platform for the first time, it can take up to 24 hours for data to synchronize.


Step 4: Invite your co-workers and agency

Step 5: Account settings


When you click on the user name in the top right, you can manage the account settings:

  • Currency
  • Localisation (EU or US)
  • Billing
  • Dashboard layout (advanced or basic)
  • Excluding orders



Step 6: Connect your marketing channels

Step 7: Set up the costs of products, shipping, payment fees, packaging, and handling returns.

Please note you need to set up costs separately for each of your e-commerce stores - you might have different shipping rates in DE than in Sweden, etc.



Step 8: Task Manager


Once you've linked all your e-commerce stores and marketing channels, there are a few straightforward steps to ensure optimal tracking performance.
