UPDATE: Add our new Shopify script (Now it supports Shopify Plus and Micro conversions)

All Shopify stores need to follow this guide and insert our new tracking script to keep the tracking working without future issues.

NOTE: This is a unique script per shop, if you operate multiple shops.

Only one script is needed if you have one shop with multiple Shopify Markets.

To find the script, please log into Reaktion and click on this link: https://advertiser.reaktion.com/tracking/my-tracking

You can also navigate to this page by selecting "Tracking" in the left sidebar and then "My Tracking":

Click "Manage" next to Shopify Tracking, select the store (only if you have multiple stores connected) and click on "Copy" next to the script:

NOW: Login to your Shopify account and paste this script in your Shopify account. Follow this step by step guide below:

How-to guide for pasting our script into your Shopify store:

1. Go to “Settings” in the Shopify menu (Button of menu).

2. Click on “Customer events” in the menu.

3. Click “Add custom pixel”.

4. Give the pixel a name (ex. Reaktion pixel) and click “Add pixel”.

5. Paste the script copied from Reaktion in the be Shopify “Code” area.

6. Click “Save” and then click “Connect”.

7. Confirm by clicking “Connect” on the popup that appears.

8. The warning message "Pixel will not track any customer behavior because it is not subscribed to any events" can be ignored. The script will still work.

8. Done. Your new Shopify Script is now activated and live. You can also enable Micro Conversions under Conversion events in Reaktion:

NOTE: If you also want to send Micro conversions to GA4 (besides Google Ads) make sure you to setup our GA4 server-side tracking.
