A small difference in your Shopify and Reaktion reported numbers is to be expected - certainly for small shops. This can be caused by a number of factors such as sync delay, currency exchange rates, manual order edits etc.
However, if the difference is large and needs to be investigated from the backend, there are two ways you could share the data with us -
1) Sales Over Time report - if you want to compare your Shopify data with Reaktion data, then please log into your Shopify account and navigate to this report:
If you want us to investigate any data discrepancy, then please do the following:
1. Take a full screen screenshot of the "Sales over time" report.
2. Then take a screenshot of the Reaktion dashboard from the same period.
3. Describe what metrics you see a discrepancy on (remember an up to a 5% discrepancy on smaller shops for ex. revenue etc. can easily happen and will not be investigated)
4. Lastly send these screenshots and explanation to support@reaktion.com.
2) CSV Export - In some cases, we would require a CSV Export from Shopify to investigate further. To do this, please follow the steps below -
1. Navigate to the Sales Over Time report.
2. Select Order ID column.
3. Sort by Order ID column descending -
4. Export to CSV and share this CSV with support@reaktion.com.
