Modified on Tue, 10 Jun at 2:16 PM

This article explains how the Refund Rate %, ROAS after Refunds and POAS after Refunds metrics are calculated in Reaktion, and how to set these up as custom columns in Google/Meta Ads to report.

Refund Rate %: This metric refers to the percentage of orders that are either fully or partially refunded.

If you wish to report on this metric in Google/Meta Ads, you can set up a custom column and name it as 'Refund Rate'.
The formula behind the metric is: (ReaktionReturnedRevenue / ReaktionRevenue)

ROAS after Refunds: This metric refers to the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) metric calculated after accounting for refunds.

To set up a custom column for this metric, name the custom column as 'ROAS after Refunds', the formula behind the metric is: ("ReaktionRevenue" -"ReaktionReturnedRevenue") / "Amount spent"

POAS after Refunds: This metric refers to the Profit on Ad Spend (POAS) metric calculated after accounting for refunds.

To set up a custom column for this metric, name the custom column as 'POAS after Refunds', the formula behind the metric is: ("ReaktionProfit" -"ReaktionReturnedProfit") / "Amount spent"
