How to Add Reaktion Tracking Scripts in BigCommerce

The following two scripts need to be inserted for the BigCommerce setup in Reaktion.

1) Inserting the Reaktion script in Google Tag Manager: 

Please follow the steps in this guide to get the Reaktion tracking script for your account and insert it in Google Tag Manager. 

2) Insert the Reaktion script on the Thank You page in BigCommerce: 

Step 1: Log in to your BigCommerce Admin Panel

Step 2: Navigate to the Script Manager

Go to: Advanced Settings → Script Manager

Step 3: Create a New Script

Click “Create a Script”

Step 4: Fill in the Script Details

• Name: Something like 'Reaktion Tracking'
• Location on Page: Footer (unless your script provider says otherwise)
• Select Pages Where the Script will be added: Choose 'Order Confirmation Page'
• Script Category: Select appropriate category - Conversion Tracking

Step 5: Paste your Tracking Script

Insert the following script:

Step 6: Save the Script. 

Now, your BigCommerce tracking script setup is complete.
