Introduction to Shoptimizer / Labelizer

Modified on Thu, 4 Jun at 2:37 PM

Reaktion's Shoptimizer / Labelizer helps you maximize the profitability of your Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns by automatically segmenting your product catalog based on real performance data.

Instead of advertising every product equally, Shoptimizer dynamically groups and labels products according to their performance at product-level metrics such as: POAS, ROAS, clicks, and conversions. This allows you to make smarter budget decisions and focus your advertising spend where it generates the greatest return.

With Shoptimizer, you can:

  • Prioritize budget for your best-performing products
  • Reduce wasted ad spend on products that consistently underperform
  • Create dedicated campaigns for products with low ROAS, low traffic, or other specific performance characteristics
  • Test and optimize different product segments independently

Unlike static product labels, Shoptimizer's product groups update automatically. As product performance changes over time, products are reassigned to the most appropriate group based on their latest results. For example, a product that improves its ROAS or receives more traffic can automatically move into a higher-performing segment without any manual intervention.

Shoptimizer is fully compatible with Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns and supports feed matching through platforms such as DataFeedWatch and the Shopify Google & YouTube app. You will continue using your existing primary XML product feed, while Shoptimizer generates a supplemental XML feed containing performance-based labels that can be uploaded directly to Google Merchant Center.

By identifying products that drive results and those that consume budget without generating sufficient returns, Shoptimizer helps advertisers allocate spend more effectively. In practice, many merchants have achieved profit increases of up to 30% by reducing investment in low-performing products and redirecting budget toward their strongest performers.
