2) Portal: You can submit a ticket via the Freshdesk customer portal using this link: https://reaktion.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new.
To help us assist you quickly, please include any information up front that would help us locate and replicate the issue, like the name of the Client, report, or dashboard where you're having trouble.
