Managing your Reaktion billing is easy! This guide shows you how to handle payments, view invoices, start or cancel trials and subscriptions, and request refunds.
1) Free Trials: By default, there is a 10-day free trial period when you sign up for a new Reaktion account. This can be extended upon request on a case-by-case basis. If you sign up via an agency, you are automatically eligible for a 30-day free trial.
The process of extending a free trial depends on how your subscription is billed:
- If you are billed via Shopify, you can contact our Customer Support Team at support@reaktion.com, and the trial will be extended from the backend. Then, a subscription link will be sent to you for approval. Upon approval, the new trial period is activated.
- If you are billed via Stripe, you can contact our Customer Support team and the trial will be extended on the Stripe subscription. No action is required from your end.
Once the trial period ends, your Reaktion subscription is immediately activated.
2) Payments: Reaktion supports only monthly payments currently. Once the subscription is activated, an invoice will be generated depending on how you are billed:
- If you are billed via Shopify, an invoice will be generated on your store depending on the billing period in Shopify.
- If you are billed via Stripe, an invoice will be generated and marked as 'Paid', provided a valid payment method is added before trial expiry.
To add a payment method, please log in to the Reaktion customer portal. This is powered by Stripe.
3) Plans: You can view our subscription plans here: Pricing Page. If you would like to have a custom pricing plan, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
4) Invoices: You can access your invoices in the following ways:
- If you are billed via Shopify, navigate to Settings > Billing in your Shopify admin dashboard. From there, you can view your current billing cycle and access a list of your past bills in the "Past bills" section.
- If you are billed via Stripe, you can access your invoices in the Reaktion customer portal. Once you have logged in, you would be able to access and download all your invoices from here under the Billing section:

5) Refunds: Refunds are usually issued from the backend via Shopify or Stripe. You can contact our Customer Support Team and once the terms are discussed, the refund would be issued. It would take about 7-14 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your bank account.
6) Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription anytime you want before the next billing date. To cancel your Reaktion subscription, please refer to the steps in this guide for both Shopify and Stripe subscriptions.
