The Order Session Tracking Coverage is a key health metric that helps you evaluate whether browser-side tracking is working as expected.

To view this, navigate to Tracking >  My Tracking > View: Order Session Coverage

What is a healthy coverage rate?

It’s important to understand that this metric is not expected to reach 100%. Some level of coverage loss is normal due to factors such as:

1. Ad blockers
2. Customers rejecting consent
3. Browser privacy settings

However, very low coverage (below approximately 40%) is usually a red flag. It may indicate:

1. Incorrect handling of consent status
2. Issues with the Reaktion tracking scripts, such as scripts not being inserted, failing to load, or failing to execute
3. Other technical issues preventing browser sessions from being correctly linked to orders

By monitoring this metric, you can quickly identify potential tracking issues and ensure that your marketing attribution and performance insights remain as reliable as possible.
