How to upload a primary XML product feed into Pinterest Ads (Catalogs)

This guide covers the steps on how to upload a primary XML product feed into Pinterest Ads.

Step 1: Go to Pinterest Business Hub

Visit: https://business.pinterest.com and log in.

Step 2: Go to: Ads > Catalogs

Step 3: Add a Data Source

Inside your catalog:

• Click Add data source

• Choose Provide URL

Step 4: Fill Details

Enter the feed URL, choose the file format, country/region, language, and currency.

Step 5: Schedule Ingestion: 

Configure scheduled, automatic updates to ensure product details remain accurate.

Set update frequency (daily recommended)

Step 6: Validate

Click "Test your data source" to check for errors before submitting. 

Submit and allow Pinterest to fetch the feed.
