How to upload a primary XML product feed into Microsoft Ads (Bing Merchant Center)

This guide covers the steps on how to upload a primary XML product feed into Microsoft Ads.

Step 1: Log in to Microsoft Ads
Go to: https://ads.microsoft.com and log in.

Step 2: From the top menu, go to:
Tools > Microsoft Merchant Center

Step 3: Select a Store

Step 4: Add a New Feed Inside your store:

Go to Feeds > Click Add feed

Select:

• Country

• Language

• Feed type: Primary feed

Step 5: Choose Feed Input Method

Select Website URL

Enter:

• Feed name (e.g., Reaktion Product Feed)

• Feed URL (Paste from Reaktion)
  
  

Step 6: Select Scheduled fetch

Set fetch schedule (daily recommended)

Step 7: Fetch and Review

Save the feed and allow Microsoft to fetch it.

Go to Products > Diagnostics to review any errors or warnings.
