Accept Google Ads "Enhanced conversions for leads" (Google Ads offline tracking)

To make sure that all Offline conversions are processed, the Google Ads account must have accepted the "Enhanced conversions for leads" (not to confuse with "Customer Data Terms" that also needs to be checked). 

This needs to be done once per Google Ads account

Guide to Accept "Enhanced conversions for leads":

1. Log in to your Google Ads Account by clicking HERE
2. Open "Tools":  
3. Click on "Conversions": 
4. Click on "Settings":  
5. Click and accept "Enhanced conversions for leads":
6. Choose "Google-Tag" as method (just ignore the provided code)

When saved and accepted, just close the page.
