It is very easy to connect Google Ads and automatically set up server-side tracking. All tracking is set up as secondary custom conversion events, so it doesn't affect anything in your existing setup (neither tracking nor marketing campaigns - so it's 100% safe to do).
Step 1: Start by clicking on "Data Sources" and "Add new data source" in the left side navigation sidebar.

Step 2: Click "Connect" on Google Ads

Step 3: Log in to your Google Ads Account (We support MCC Google Ads accounts, too, so you can just log in)
Step 4: Go through the Google authentication flow.
Step 5: If you have an MCC account with access to multiple Google Ads accounts, then you can toggle on the desired ad accounts.
IMPORTANT: If you are connecting an MCC account, please make sure you also have admin access to every individual ad account that you want to integrate with Reaktion (not just admin access to the MCC account).
NOTE: All ad accounts in your MCC account that are not enabled will not be visible to other users.

Please allows up to 24h for all the historical data to sync.
Step 6: It's important to also select your the specific Google Ads Purchase event you're currently using for tracking and optimization:

Step 7: If you have connected multiple stores or markets, it's necessary to also Map Ad Accounts to web shops to ensure correct tracking and shop-level reporting.
