If you are having issues connecting your Woocommerce store via our standard authentication flow, where you are redirected to WooCommerce via Reaktion to Accept our integration and required permissions — if this connection fails, you can manually generate a WooCommerce API key with read and write access.
Please follow the video guide below to learn how to generate the API key and secret:
Next, while creating or editing the WooCommerce data source in Reaktion, please select the option to Connect via API key and paste both the Consumer key and Consumer secret in the fields below:
Click Connect or Refresh access. That should do the trick.
