You might have seen this message at the top in Reaktion:
"Attention: You're viewing a period during which Reaktion hasn't been fully integrated. This will affect the numbers below. Click here to learn more >>>"
This is caused by you have selected a period PRIOR to the ecommerce company has created an account.
Ex. the ecommerce company has created the account 01.03.2023, but you have selected ex "22.05.2022 - 22.05.2023":
Which metrics are impacted by this?
Escpecially, all metrics which are dependent on our tracking integrations to ex. Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
New customers from a specific marketing channel, tracked orders from a specific channel, ROAS/POAS, Gross profits from a specific marketing channel. I.e. those metrics which are tied up upon our server-side tracking and offline conversion tracking are set up properly.
What to do?
Select a period during Reaktion has been fully installed in the calendar. Ex. if you installed for 10 days ago:
Unfortunately, Reaktion can't do magic to your tracking in the past until you set it up ;)
