Ecommerce Company: How to get started with Reaktion

This step-by-step guide serves the purpose of getting you and your company up and running with Reaktion. 



Step #1 - Create a login


Please start by creating an account here:

Step #2 - Select "Ecommerce company"


Select "Ecommerce company"




Step #3 - Select your ecommerce platform


Choose between Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento2, DanDomain or Norce:

Note: It can take up to 24 hours to synchronize data from your ecommerce platform (we pull up to 2 years of data). 




Step 3.1 - Do you have more stores and want the data in the same account?

Step #4 - Currency


You can change currency in the upper right corner:






Step 5 - Invite your co-workers or agency


You can easily add and manage the users who have access your your account. As an example, you can invite your Google Ads or Facebook Ads agency:

Step 6 - Connect your marketing channels


Select and easily connect your marketing channels here:

Step 7 - Setting your costs for products, shipping, payments, handling returns and pick&pack / packaging:

Please note you need to set variable costs separately for all your ecommerce stores, for example you might have different shipping rates in the US than in Sweden.






Step 8 - Introducing you to our Task Manager


Once you've linked all your ecommerce stores and marketing channels, there are a few straightforward steps to ensure ex. optimal tracking performance.
