Ecommerce Company: How to get started with Reaktion

This step-by-step guide serves the purpose of getting you and your company up and running with Reaktion. 



Step 1: Create an account

Step 2:  Select Ecommerce company







Step 3: Select your ecommerce platform

If you you have more than one ecommerce store, based on, for example, separate Shopify accounts, please see this guide on how to add multiple stores to one Reaktion account


Note: It can take up to 24 hours to synchronize data after connecting your ecommerce platform for the first time 




Step 4: Invite your co-workers and agency

Step 5: Account settings


When you click on the user name in the top right, you can manage the account settings:

  • Currency
  • Localisation (EU or US)
  • Billing
  • Dashboard layout (advanced or basic)
  • Excluding orders









Step 6: Connect your marketing channels

Step 7: Set up the costs of products, shipping, payments fees, packaging and handling returns.

Please note you need to set up costs separately for each of your ecommerce stores - you might have different shipping rates in the US than in Sweden, etc
