Exclude Orders from Tracking (For example POS orders)

If you wish to exclude certain orders from being tracked and block them from being sent to your marketing destination based your desired criteria, you can use the 'Exclude Orders from Tracking' feature in Reaktion. 


To set up this feature, please navigate to the 'My Tracking' section here - https://advertiser.reaktion.com/tracking/my-tracking and you can find the feature here -



Click on 'Manage' against the setting and choose the criteria based on which the orders need to be excluded in the 'Subject' filter section -



Common one: Exclude POS Orders from tracking:

If you want to exclude all POS orders from being excluded from your tracking then its easy to setup: "Select Source Type" "In" and then "POS"

 


Also, you can check which historic orders that would have been blocked from being sent to your marketing destinations as a preview by using the Preview historic orders option - 


Other options for excluding Orders from being tracked is also available:

Currently, there are five criteria - Customer Tags, Payment Method ID, Order Source, Order Source Type, and Order Tags.



Please ensure to click on 'Save & Apply Tracking Order Exclusion' to save the changes!
